Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
• Provide customer support during field visits or dispatches workflow to schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent and prior technical experience.
• Valid Driver’s License and in good standing.
• Possess reliable transportation.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules.
• Must be able to travel in company vehicle.

• Attention to detail.
• Knowledge of machines and tools, uses, repair, and maintenance.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
• Strong interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
• Initiative to resolve problems and seek answers independently and enthusiastically persist until goals are achieved.
